The Final Day

April 26, 2014

As promised yesterday, today's post is all about my final day at school. I'm in Sixth Year, which means i'm 17 (18 in 2 weeks!), and I don't know what it's like in other places around the world, but in Scotland, we leave school at 17/18 years old. I wanted to put together a blog post mainly for my benefit, so I can look back on it in the future, but I personally love reading blog posts about people's life, and you only leave high school once in your life, so it's quite a big event! So without further ado, here is a collection of some cheesy posed photos from Thursday. (and one at the end from paintballing yesterday!)

I love these guys. Getting our shirts signed is a tradition at our school, is it at yours?

Because we're s cool and mature we made a human pyramid.. obviously. Being small has it's downsides (or upsides, depends how you think about it), I was the smallest, so I had to go on top!
So yesterday we went paintballing, and this is just a group photo of some of my year (including me, i'm in the back row, second from the end) It was fab, but so sore! I got hit in the dace, and although we had a mask on, somehow my head was bleeding when I took it off! It didn't ruin the day though!
So, that's me, left school, forever! It's kind of sad, isn't it? Ah, i'm trying not to think to much about it. But that's my problem, I overthink everything! (Currently i'm now freaking out about accepting my place at Dundee Art School because i'm not sure if i'm good enough, and I know I got accepted, but for some reason it isn't assuring me! If anyone has ever gone to art school could you please contact me and try to reassure me that it will be ok because I don't want to pass up the opportunity, but i'm scared!)
I'll see you soon!

Disclaimer: Not all photos shown are mine. Some are the work of my friends, and classmates.
