I decided that it was about time I showed you what I use on my hair/body on a daily basis. I didn't want to do a full morning routine, or a full night one, but I did want to show something. This is why I chose to do a morning/night routine - the hair and skincare edition! So lets go!



In the morning, after I have breakfast, the first thing I do is brush my teeth. I chop and change toothpaste all the time, but at the moment i'm using the "Colgate Advanced Sensation White". It's okay, but it hasn't really made my teeth any whiter, but i've yet to find one that does.
I then wash my face, and to do this I am currently using the "Clean & Clear Advantage Foaming Wash" and I absolutely love it. It's really affordable, and it's really great at helping to clear up blemishes (although it's not great at clearing up those annoying hormonal spots - dammit!)
Once or twice a week I like to use a face scrub, and the one i've been really liking is the "Garnier Pure-Active Anti-Spot Exfoliating Scrub". Much like the face wash, this is good at getting rid of blemishes, and it leaves my skin feeling so soft! I couldn't use this more than twice a week as I think it would definitely dry out my skin.
I then go ahead and put on eye cream, and I am using the "Simple Revitalising Eye Roll-On". This is really soothing under my eyes, and it's okay at reducing puffiness, although it's not great at actually making those horrible dark circles disappear.
The lip balm I use is one i've been going back to for years. It's the "Palmers' Cocoa Butter" one, and it is amazing. So moisturising, and it smells delicious! A definite must-have for me.
The moisturiser i'm currently trying out is the "Nivea Light Moisturising Day Cream". It works really well at making my skin really soft, although it does take a little while to actually sink into my skin, which means it isn't ideal for those days when i'm running late. (aka most days)
For my hair, I tend to straighten it most days, although sometimes I do just braid it the night before, and undo it the next day and voila, hair is done. One product I use before I brush my hair is the "Tresemme Keratin Smooth Heat Protecting Spray". Not only is it a heat spray, but as it has Keratin in it, it means it's amazing at detangling my hair! I then of course use deodorant, and I use "Nivea Invisible Black and White" one. It does the job. There isn't much more I can say about a deodorant!



As you can see, some of the products I use at night are the same as those I use in the morning. I'll quickly run through why I use these.
The face wash and eye cream are just great both morning and night, as they are gentle enough, and I really like them.
The toothpaste I keep the same, obviously.
I also use the same lip balm, because it is my holy grail product.
I am a night showerer. I have such long, thick hair that it is an absolute nightmare to wash, which is why I do it when I have the most time, which happens to be at night. I am currently using the "Garnier Ultimate Blends Shampoo and Conditioner The Sleek Restorer" in the coconut scent. I'm not a huge fan of the smell, but it does wonders to my hair.
I also change around my body wash all the time, and at the moment I have the "Radox Cherry Blast Shower Gel" and I am in love with the smell of this! (Cherries are one of my favourite things.) It also lathers up really well. I really recommend it.
After I come out of the shower I use the "Tresemme Heat Spray" like I use in the morning, just to protect my hair, and help detangle it.
Once a week I will use a leave in conditioner in my hair, and the one I have absolutely been loving recently is the "Charles Worthington Moisture Seal" one. It smells really nice, and it leaves my hair feeling so soft.
Also once a week I like to use a face mask, and this "Superdrug Aloe Vera Mud Mask" is so good! And it was only around £3! Absolute bargain. It makes my skin feel amazing.
To take off my makeup I love the "Garnier Micellar Water". It's just amazing. It's so gentle on the skin, and it takes off everything, all for under a fiver.
The only part of my skin routine I change at night is that I use the "Nivea Rich Regenerating Night Cream".  It's basically a heavier version of the day cream, leaves my skin feeling really soft, but takes ages to sink into the skin.
I also use a spot cream, because I have really bad skin. I've tried countless creams, and the only one i've found to work on most spots (again, not the hormonal ones, sorry!) is the "Lush Grease Lightning". It's a much raved about product in the blogging world, and I can see why. It's really good.

So i'm back today with a review that i've been meaning to do for ages, but only just got round to it. Unless you've been living under a rock i'm sure you'll have heard that British blogger and vlogger Tanya Burr has released her own range of lip glosses and nail polishes. I decided to treat myself to one item, and I chose this gorgeous nail polish in "Little Duck".
First of all, I think the packaging is absolutely beautiful. I think the pink heart on the lid just adds a little bit of personalisation to it, and I think it goes really well with the black. One little thing that annoyed me a bit with the packaging is that because it's rectangle, you have to twist it to an exact point, so that the two rectangles from the lid and bottle line up. For mine to line up, I have to twist the lid super tight.
I also find that the nail polish takes quite a while to thoroughly dry, which for someone as impatient as me, it can prove to be a small issue. Aside from that, there is no other negatives.

The formula itself is lovely, not to runny, but not really gloopy that it doesn't glide on your nails. After two coats my nails were the exact colour of the bottle, and they lasted for around 5 days without any major chipping, which for an affordable nail varnish is brilliant in my opinion.
These retail for around £5.99, which is great for a drugstore nail polish that could easily be mistaken for a high end product.
If I was to rate this out of five, I would give it a four. Well done Tanya! I will definitely be picking up more from your collection!

So, many people have already reviewed this product, in this particular shade, but I thought i'd do my own little review too! The chosen product is of course the Rimmel Kate Moss Lipsticks!
The shade I chose is 107, because i can't resist a classic red! I love it, and with my pale skin, and dark hair, red is a great colour to complement my features, so, lets get reviewing!
First up, the colour is exactly as it looks on the bottom of the tube, it is a deep red, with a blue undertone (which means it makes my teeth look whiter-yay!), and it looks great on pale skin, which I have. It's long lasting, and it's just an all round classic red, with a twist. The twist being it's slightly deeper than you would typically imagine a classic red to be.
For me, this is more of an evening lipstick, but I am planning on wearing it during the day in autumn, as red is the perfect colour to wear at that time of year!
As this lipstick is so bold, I feel like I would only need basic eye makeup with it. Too much eye makeup won't look right on my face, and it will take away from the bold lips, which, when the lipstick is as beautiful as this one, you want all the focus to be on it!
Another good thing about this lipstick is that it doesn't dry out my lips. I think these kind of lipsticks are very hard to find, as I feel like most lipsticks leave my lips feeling dry after a bit, however this range doesn't.
There is also a various range of colours, in every shade imaginable! Perfect! Right now, I have shades 107, 19, and 03, but I am slowly expanding my collection! I'm hoping to do another post with all of my Rimmel Kate Moss Lipsticks swatched for you, so keep an eye out for that!
Overall, a beautiful lipstick that i will more than likely repurchase once I have finished my current one. I would rate it 5 stars. I don't see anything wrong with it. And it's only £5.49... Bargain!

Well, I know i'm late on the bandwagon, but The Saturdays showed us their new video, and song, for their new single "Gentleman" recently. Now don't get me wrong, I love the majority of their music, and I love their style - most of the time.
However, this video/song failed to impress me. The song appears to be about looking for the perfect "Gentleman", and the video shows them working in the garden, hanging out washing, and dressing as men. They tried desperately hard to hide Rochelle's bump, as at the time it was shot, she was still pregnant. Take a look. 

And at the end, they even kissed ... themselves...

I'm not going to lie, I did laugh a bit when I first heard this song. Especially when they started rapping, mentioning almost all Americans. Trying too hard to break America?

So after contemplating for around about a year, i've decided that the time has come to finally start a blog! Bare with me, as i'm just getting started, it is going to take me a while to sort everything out, but all support is welcomed with open arms!
My blog will mainly be focused around three main areas: fashion, beauty and lifestyle. No doubt there will be a few totally random posts thrown in every now and again, but hey, who doesn't like random blog posts?
