Top 5 Party Product Picks! (By ALittleGemm)

Hello lovely readers of! I'm Gemma from and I thought I would share with you all my top 5 party product picks!

Bourjois Intense Smoky Eye Trio
I love Bourjois eye shadows, and their smoky eye trios are brilliant. Usually they have three eye shadows that help create a perfect smoky eye, however their Intense collection include two eye shadows and a liner. In this trio I have a very pale silver shade and a dark teal shade, which I would blend to create a smoky eye look. I would then use the teal liner to line my lash line and my water line, adding a twist on the classic black eye liner look.
Maybelline The Falsies Mascara
I'm sure most beauty bloggers out there have heard of this fantastic mascara. It is basically a brilliant dupe for Benefit They're Real, however I actually prefer this mascara. Thanks to its specially designed wand, it creates perfect full, long lashes and, unlike They're Real, it is very easy to remove and doesn't cause the lashes to clump together. This mascara creates the perfect party lashes, without the fuss of using false lashes.
Rimmel Scandaleyes Thick and Thin Eyeliner
Eye liner can create a classic party look, and these felt-tip style eye liners are so easy to use. They're great for creating a 60s inspired eye, with heavy eye liner on the lash line and a flick, and keeping the rest of the eye make up very simple. It takes 1 minute to create this look, yet looks so dramatic and effective-genius!
Seventeen Wow! 3 Way Highlighter
I have done a review on this product (which you can see here), I think its such a gorgeous highlighter. Its a creamy consistency, and is so easy to apply using either a stippling brush or just your fingers. It gives a lovely sheer finish to the skin, I usually apply it to my cheek bones, brow bone, and cupids bow. For that extra bit of radiance that lasts all night, you can use this as a primer by applying it underneath foundation.
Bourjois So Laque Ultra Shine Nail Polish in Rouge Escarpin
Red is such a classic nail look, it has such a lovely finish to it. For all the festive parties, I always reach for a red polish purely because I think its such a classy shade, and makes your party look look polished. This nail varnish is one of my favourites as its very glossy (as the name suggests) and stays put for ages, so saves reapplying when you have a few parties in a row.

So there we go, I hope you enjoyed seeing what products I turn to for a fail-safe party look. Thank you so much to Erin for asking me guest post on her lovely blog! I hope you all have a lovely Christmas.

What products do you always rely on for that glamorous party look? I would love to know!
