Beauty Haul!

August 13, 2013

I was a little bit naughty the past three days... I went to ASDA, Boots, and Superdrug, and came out with quite a lot of beauty products! I spent so much money, oops... I think it was worth it though because they're all things I need. (I tell myself that, but realistically, it isn't true.. i definitely didn't need four nail varnishes and four lip products). So lets show you all what I bought that has made me pennie-less!

I obviously had to repurchase this concealer! I've probably gone through about 20 of them! I got shade number 3 "Medium", because I have a slight tan.

So I was browsing the Barry M stand in Boots, and I spotted this, the "Nail Pain Sequined Effect". I'd never noticed it before (is it new?), and I thought I would see how it turns out, as it looks so pretty in the bottle!

This was on offer in ASDA, to £2, so of course I had to get it. I've actually already worn it, and I actually really disliked it. The colour was nice, but it took FOREVER to dry, and it chipped within the first day.

I have been a fan of gel eyeliner for ages, and i just recently finished my Rimmel Gel Liner, and it was out of stock, so I bought this instead, as it got good reviews!

Like many people on the internet, I have bags under my eyes, and my eyes are often puffy, so I decided I needed a solution. So, lets see if this works?

Everyone raves about this product, but i've been a lover of Palmers Cocoa Butter Lip balm for years. When I spotted this in superdrug, I gave in, and bought it. I haven't used it yet, but I can tell you that it smells divine.

I am still on the hunt for something to fill in my eyebrows! This is the latest in my purchases for eyebrow things. Fingers crossed it does the job!

A new product by Maybelline is the 24hr colour tattoo. I got the shade "On and On Bronze" (because I am not adventurous with my eyes at all. I've used it a few times, and I really like it actually.

My Maybelline "The Falsies" Mascara ran out, so instead of repurchasing it, I thought i'd try something different! The Rocket mascara, also by Maybelline.

These Lipsticks from MUA (shades 7 and 3) were only £1! And Louise from "Sprinkleofglitter" raves about these, as do many other bloggers/youtubers. So I bought two, because you can't go wrong when they're only one pound, can you?

I forgot to add this into my main picture, but I also picked up this nail polish from Model's Own, in the colour "Utopia". It's a really nice dusky pink/brown colour, and I thought it would be quite flattering.

Another Barry M purchase! I've had my eye on this for ages, but I haven't bought it, because I would always convince myself that I wouldn't need it, but I gave in eventually, and here it is, in my nail polish collection, yay!

I love this so much! It's the "COlour Boost Glossy Finish lipstick" by Bourjoois Paris in the colour "01 Red Sunrise". I really like this name actually, but the actual product is brilliant! I can't rave about it enough!

My final purchase, was a Sleek Eyeshadow Pallette (Finally!). This is another thing i've been wantingfor ages, but I thought it was too expensive. I had however never seen this palette before (Au Naturel 601), and when I saw it, I fell in love with the colours. (that sounds so cheesy ha). I'm not very risky with my eyes, I mostly stick to browns and creams, which is pretty much all this consists of, so it's perfect! I've also heard great things about the Sleek palettes.

And that's it! I'm actually really happy with my purchases, and can't wait to try them all, possibly doing some reviews on a few choice products?

So tell me, have you tried any of these products? What did you think of them? I'd love to know!
